The Helping Hands for Active Ageing Public Benefit Non-profit Ltd., which runs the Downtown Community Center, was awarded the title of “Family-friendly Company 2020,” established by the Three Princes, Three Princesses Foundation.

On the 20th of November the Three Princes, Three Princesses Foundation held an online ceremony, where they awarded the family-friendly companies. The “Family-friendly Company 2020” title has been given every year since 2013 and since we felt that we can be proud of our family-friendly approaches, this year the Helping Hands Ltd. applied for it.

Visitors of the Downtown Community Center can always experience that our mission focuses on the families. But this is not only a well-written slogan for us but the basic principle of our everyday work and it also applies to our colleagues. To react to individual life situations, to encourage having children we have set up a package that truly supports our colleagues while raising children. The coronavirus pandemic has not altered our approaches but it led us to try innovative solutions.

It is a great honor for us that the reputed professionals within the jury of the “Family-friendly Company of the Year – in extraordinary times” also recognized our work and awarded us the title of “Family-friendly Company 2020.”
